FAQ - ANSWERS

Q1:What styles do you have?

A. Experienced Dancer is our top of the line style. It has the most lace trim and the most unusual or dressy material used! Usually---the skirts can be 'carouseled' (turned-around) for a different look. 3 co-ordinating material are used in most outfits. Blouses nearly always include our 4-In-One neckline. Price range - $155-$175.00

B. New Dancer Style is fancier than our Student line but not as fancy as the Experienced Dancer. Several blouse style as well as several skirt styles--all moderately trimmed with lace. Price range - $130-$150.00

C. Student line--our plainest style. Blouses do have the 4-In-One Neckline and 2-3 skirt styles---either with or without contrasting bands. Price range - $99-$120.00

Q2: What types of materials are used in outfits?

Generally, 65/35 or 50/50 poly-cotton blends. We try to always use material that does NOT have to be ironed after washing. Occasionally, we pick-up a piece of material without knowing the fiber content and then we take our chances. If Lame is used in an outfit--always dry clean as lame can only be ironed if it's lined and then only on the lining side (our lame is always lined). The 6-oz. denim is always pre-washed to remove excess color dye and then has vinegar added to final rinse cycle to 'set' the color. Our laces and ribbons are always poly-cotton.

Q3: What is distinctive about your 2-pc Sets?

Nearly all of our blouse styles have our Patented 4-In-One neckline.

(1.) Our New Dancer & Our Experienced Dancer lines are all One-of -a-Kind designs. Nancy buys small quantities of print material so that we don't duplicate outfits. The style may be repeated but not the material.
(2.) Lots of double lace is used.
(3.) Our elasticized waistband have 2 elastics (3/4" ea) with button and 2 buttonholes for adjustability.
(4.) Our fabric - covered elasticized belt is adjustable and sometimes reversible. Pretty buckles are used.
(5.) Included (at no extra cost) is a man's matching tie that is ususally reversible--depending upon materials used in outfits.
(6.) Also, in our Experienced Dancer style with 4D4 skirt, 2 co-ordinating prints and one solid material is used so that you can 'carousel' (turn-around) the skirt and get a different look. We use the same fabrics in the blouse.

Q4: How do I know what sizes to order?

It's easy....

1. Order your regular blouse size.
2. Measure your petticoat length. If the P/C waistband elastic is 1"--measure from bottom of elastic to hem. If narrow elastic is used in the waistband, measure from the top of elastic to hem. However, be aware that Royal P/C's and Sam's petticoats BOTH use 1" elastic and STILL they measure from the top of elastic. Always compare lengths of p/c's against lengths of skirts you already have (which are measured from bottom of waistband to hem).

REMEMBER--Most squaredancers wear their skirts from 1"-3" above the knees!

Q5: Can I order unusual size combinations? ie---xxl blouse with a 19" skirt?

Certainly, but these are not stock items as sets and must be made-up to your specification. Remember, in these cases, to include your waist size. Also--NO REFUNDS!

Q6: Can I specify certain color combo's?

Yes, you can. Again, remember these are not in-stock items & must be made up your specifications. Also, give us 4-5 favorite colors so we can fulfill your needs as close as possible.

Q7: How do you ship and how long does it take?

We generally ship by US Postal Service/Priority mail and ALWAYS Insured. We have found this to be the quickest and also the most economical way to ship. Since our customers are paying for shipping, we have found they appreciate this.

Priority Mail--within United States--usually takes 2-3 days delivery time.

Overseas---delivery time varies. We will advise you on an individual basis. We always ship overseas on Air Mail basis/Insured.

ie: From Dallas to Australia takes 7-8 days by Air Mail.

Q8: Can I order exactly the same materials for my outfit(s) that are pictured?

Not always! An item has to be in stock at the time of your order. All photos of outfits, which appear on our world wide website are viewed by thousands of other persons from all over the globe, and in addition often times appear in our mailorder catalogs, literature and other forms of electronic media we publish from time to time. (CD Rom's, etc.) Not to mention: dealers also order many of the items you see on our web site. We post all of the pictures of actual outfits, which are in our inventory strictly on a FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE basis.

We do, however, present an ongoing Showroom of Nancy's Latest Fashions Online, and when a styleshow is scheduled, then, you may VIEW, SELECT, and ORDER particular items according to the legend, which appears beneath a photo of an item on display describing its availability offline. i.e. *only (1) available; **( ## ) of units available; and/or ***See special note: (###). To order simply add the item/s you want to your Shopping Cart.

You can order the same style and specify colors desired but usually we don't have any more of that particular material, since we try and buy flatfolds, instead of entire bolts of each material to ensure that every outfit is truly distinctive.

Q9: When will my Credit Card be charged?

When your order is received---except for shipping costs. Those will be billed separately at time of shipment. We do accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express, although the latter normally takes us longer to process.
