We accept the following items on consignment only (usually for 90 days or less, sometimes more but not over six months): Second-hand goods, such as pettipants, petticoats (organdy, sparkle, lame, softies, all okay), skirts, blouses, sets, belts, mens jewelry, shoes in excellent condition. All items must be 'gently worn' - in good condition, clean and ready for resale.
We price everything on a consignment basis; we pay all consignees together at the same time, whenever a significant portion or amount has accumulated to justify the paperwork involved (usually when an amount of over $500.00 is due all consignees); or when we feel it's time to take care of the few consignment sales that have accumulated over a lengthy period of time. We don't want to take advantage of anyone we do business with, but since recycle accounts for less than 10 percent of our total overall revenues we don't place as much importance on it as we do our other revenue producing profit-centers. The consignee pays for shipping both ways; otherwise, all items are donated to charity. We will NOT be responsible for anything anyone sends us, except to pay for those items, we sell to others, who have either requested our lists of used consignment or bought items directly from us via other means. We will, however, take reasonable precautions to send anything back that you send us in good condition - provided, of course, you've made prior arrangement. NOT ACCEPTING: homemade dresses; badly worn shoes; old-style net p/c's; worn-out and limp p/c's; or anything not in satisfactory and "saleable" condition. All transactions are for second-hand goods only, which in reality possess no intricate value to anyone except the owner, therefore we take no responsibility for anything we accept on consignment. Period. International shoppers are welcome, although shipping will cost you more. Dealers, who wish to use this area should contact us first!
